All recommended hotels are located 2,5-3 km from the Catolica University.
There will be buses to drive the participants from the “Porto Palácio Hotel” to the meeting location.
Please be on time in front of the “Porto Palácio Hotel”.

4th September - Sunday
| 8:30 h | 1st departure from Porto Palácio Hotel to Universidade Católica |
| 8:45 h | 2nd departure |
| 18:00h | Return of all the participants to the Hotel Porto Palácio |
| 20:00 h | three buses will be at Hotel Porto Palácio
to pick up all the participants to dinner at a restaurant in Gaia |
| 23:00 h | return to the Porto Palácio Hotel |
5th September - Monday
| 8:30 h | 1st departure from Porto Palácio Hotel to Universidade Católica (two buses) |
| 8:45 h | 2nd departure |
| 17:30 h | Bus shuttle to our evening event from Universidade
Católica to Palácio do Freixo (three buses all at the same time) |
| 21:00 h | Return to Porto Palácio Hotel |
6th September - Tuesday
| 8:30 h | Hotel Porto Palácio – Universidade Católica (total three trips) |
| 15:30 h | Return to Porto Palácio Hotel |
